An A-2 flight jacket specially ordered by 1piu1uguale3 from EMMETI.
The A-2 type flight jacket was standardized as the successor to the A-1 flight jacket, adopted by the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1927.
While structurally similar to the A-1, its functionality was dramatically improved by changing the front buttons of the A-1 to a zipper closure.
The A-2, known as the King of Flight Jackets, was loved by many fans and pilots, and was revived in 1988. It reappeared on the main stage as an iconic Air Force flight jacket.
For this historically significant A-2, 1piu1uguale3 has luxuriously used soft lamb leather for a premium finish.
