Blade Sharpener / Super Crown Model 200, Dual Rotation Type

This is the Super Crown 200 Type, a double-rotation blade grinder.
It can be used with household power outlets.

The grinder body, water tank, knife attachment, and grinding stone are standard types, so you can start using it right away upon arrival.

How to Use
① Attach the accessory so that it is about 1mm away from the grinding stone.
② Use the angle adjustment knob to align with the scale for your knife.
③ Open the water cock to release water (dripping slowly).
④ Turn on the switch.
⑤ Place the back of the knife firmly against the contact surface of the accessory and slowly pull it from the heel to the tip to sharpen.
Sharpen with a light touch, as if it's just barely touching, rather than applying strong pressure.

For double-edged knives, loosen the butterfly nuts and knobs on the back of the accessory, rotate the contact surface, then tighten the nuts and fix it to the left side of the grinder.
The scale plate is only a guideline. If you are not used to it, color the blade of the knife with a black marker, turn the grinding stone by hand, and check which part is making contact before starting the actual sharpening.
