There are no noticeable stains on the front or back, but there are scuffs on the inside of the hem and pen marks inside the pockets.
These are inside the pockets, so they are not visible from the outside.
The two pockets are clean as I only used them for handkerchiefs and memos.
Since there are no noticeable stains on the front or back, this item is still wearable, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about stains, scuffs, etc.
