Murakami Care Mittens Light Blue - Flawed

Two years ago, when my grandfather was hospitalized for a fractured femur, he kept touching his surgical site during sleep, so we purchased this item on the recommendation of the hospital.
Used for 10 days.

Purchased at the hospital gift shop.
It cost around 8,000 yen.

It is also used to prevent the removal of IV needles and tubes.

◆The fixed wrist area is covered, so the user cannot remove it themselves.
◆Nurses and caregivers can easily attach and detach it with Velcro.
◆The inside of the mitten is spacious, allowing for finger movement to reduce stress.

This is a light blue care mitten made of breathable mesh material.
The palm and back of the hand have light beads, which I feel makes it less likely to cause injury if it hits the face or affected area.

As it is a Muranaka Medical product, the construction is quite sturdy. Although there are flaws, I believe it is still usable.
