Features: By carefully blending the ratio of ceramic fillers and elastic rubber, and by incorporating reinforcing discs (metal) and glass net base material within the elastic rubber, the structure of the Cerajisc is strengthened to maximize its performance in preventing clogging and achieving uniform finishes depending on the application.
Cerajisc is positioned between conventional paper and non-woven fabric, and its ability to achieve uniform finishes can shorten overall work time.
The specially formulated abrasive prevents workpiece burning while enhancing gloss, and is effective for pre-processing for surface finish standards JIS No. 4 / No. 6 finish. It can be used from bead removal to finishing.
Does not cause deep scratches.
Can also be used on copper, brass, etc.
Applications: TIG/MIG weld bead removal, deburring of shearing surfaces, polishing of welded areas, and pre-processing for mirror finishing of box-shaped items for sanitary equipment, food processing machinery, kitchen equipment, medical equipment, building materials, etc.
