Folk Craft, True Indigo Dyed Tsumugi Silk, Parent-Child Coin Purse

Material unknown (presumed silk as it is Tsumugi)

This is a long-term storage item from my parents' home.
It was stored in a paulownia wood chest, so I believe the condition is quite good for a vintage item.
The interior fabric feels brushed, reminiscent of velour or velvet. There is a smaller coin purse attached inside.
This is likely why it's called a parent-child purse.
There are minor scratches on the metal fittings from storage.
