? The size of your feet or calves changes throughout the day.
? You have hardened areas on your foot arch or toes.
? You have difficulty balancing on one leg.
? Your toes do not move smoothly.
? You tend to choose wide shoes.
? The wear on the soles of your shoes is uneven.
? You feel the need to rest soon after walking.

Precautions for Use
● When you first start wearing them, gradually get used to them while monitoring your condition.
● If you feel any discomfort or pain, use them for short periods. If the pain or discomfort does not improve, discontinue use.
● Do not use if you have pre-existing pain in your feet or foot bones, or if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.
● Due to the special shape of the insole and the high heel design that does not secure the heel, please be careful to avoid injuries from falls.
● Please be extra careful when using on stairs or steps.
● Avoid using on escalators or while traveling on vehicles.
● Be cautious of slippery surfaces such as wet or frozen roads, tiles, and manhole covers, as there is a risk of falling. Moving from dry to wet surfaces (e.g., when going from indoors to outdoors) is particularly dangerous.
● The sandals may become slippery as the grooves on the sole wear down. Please check if the grooves are worn.
● If the item gets dirty, wipe it with a damp towel, or lightly press a damp towel with neutral detergent applied, and then wipe again with a damp towel. Do not wash in a washing machine.
