These are health sandals made with natural stones that stimulate acupressure points.
The strap is adjustable with Velcro, so you can purchase them without worrying too much about the size. If you plan to use them like slippers, you might consider buying a larger size to share with your family.
The protrusions firmly stimulate acupressure points. If you find them painful, try wearing thick socks or using them while sitting down to gradually get used to them.
