Westie Washad Double Gauze One-Touch Sheet, Double Long (39300)
■Size: 145×215cm
■Composition: 100% Cotton
■Color: Blue
■Made in Japan
Gauze made with the traditional Wasara (wash-and-bleach) method.
A fitted sheet for futons with an easy one-touch design for putting on and taking off.
Wasara, a traditional Japanese bleaching process, uses large kettles and natural water,
and is simmered for about 4 days with great care. This allows each fiber to retain its natural roundness, resulting in a fluffy and soft finish.
The delicate double gauze absorbs sweat moderately, releases moisture, and regulates humidity.
It has a crisp texture at first, but
it becomes wonderfully soft and relaxed with repeated washing, which is also a charm.
Simple solid color, with elastic all around the edges for easy attachment and removal.
Can accommodate futons with a gusset up to about 10cm thick.
