This is a flare vest made from blue knit fabric.
The fabric has a smooth feel.
A slight gather is added to the front, and the neckline is piped. The piping is slightly wrinkled.
You can wear it over a T-shirt, or use it as a simple apron.
It also helps to cover up your figure.
This item has only been tried on.
I made this by shortening the length of an existing pattern, thinking I could make something with the leftover fabric.
