This is a charcoal developed by Izumo Carbon Co., Ltd. in Shimane Prefecture, specializing in humidity control and deodorization. It was created for moisture and odor control in homes, and its characteristic is that it is fired at a higher temperature than general charcoal, enhancing its ability to absorb and release moisture.
It works to bring indoor humidity closer to a comfortable range of approximately 40-60% by absorbing moisture when humidity is high and releasing it when it is dry.
