[About Product Condition]
As these are prize items, there may be scratches or dirt from when they were won. As they are sold with the assumption that they will be opened, the condition of the outer box is generally not shown in the product images. If you are concerned about the condition of the outer box, please comment beforehand.
We cannot respond to initial defects as the items are unopened, so please contact the manufacturer.

[About Packaging and Shipping]
Items will be shipped with moisture protection, wrapped in kraft paper. As these are prize items, the condition of the box is not guaranteed, and please be aware that boxes may be crushed during shipping. Depending on the quantity and shape, items may be shipped in a cardboard box. If you have a preference for a cardboard box to minimize box crushing, or if you prefer kraft paper to reduce waste, please let me know in the comments, and I will accommodate your request. However, this may extend the shipping date by a few days.
