This is the Anshinkun Part 2 (Color: Skeleton Black), an ear-hook type compact timer from Honda Tsushin Kogyo.

It is designed to be worn on the ear and the alarm sound is heard near your ear. You can set a countdown from 5 minutes to 9 hours and 55 minutes in 5-minute increments.

Operation is simple and easy! Just press the 30-minute key and the 5-minute key.
*For example, to set 1 hour and 25 minutes, press the 30-minute key twice and the 5-minute key five times.
After setting, the countdown will begin in about 4 seconds, and when the time is up, the alarm will sound twice: 10 seconds on, pause, 10 seconds on.
