These are knives from Arthur Price International, the popular line from Arthur Price of England. They have been used, but I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, and there are no problems with their use.
The design is called BEAD, inspired by rows of pearls, and it's a simple, cute, and timeless design that was popular in France in the 1760s.
The size is self-measured, but the length is approximately 21cm and the weight is approximately 48g.
