This is an ANEX screw extractor impact driver.
This is a tool for removing screws whose threads are stripped or damaged.
It was very useful for car maintenance, but I am selling it because I no longer use it.

?? As shown in Photo 5, the driver part is detachable, but it is a little loose.
?? The dial-like part in the center just spins and does nothing. It is unclear if it was originally like this.
