◆ Shipping

To ensure the best possible condition upon arrival, we will cut the branches after your purchase.

To prevent crushing of leaves and tips,
we will ship in a Rakuraku Mercari Bin box of size 80 or 100.

To prevent damage from humidity,
we will not hydrate the cut ends and will pack them lightly dried.

As they travel to you, they will gradually dry,
transforming from fresh and vibrant to a more subdued, antique look.

We hope you will enjoy this transformation as well.

　　　　　【Before Purchasing】

As these are grown completely pesticide-free,
you may find small insects, leaf damage, or signs of insect feeding.

We kindly ask for your understanding of these natural characteristics.

We strive for smooth transactions.

Thank you for your consideration.
