Yam seed tubers (small and large)

These are seed tubers of the Genkotsu Jiro variety of Japanese mountain yam, grown in my hobby garden. The harvested length is about 30-40 cm, as shown in photo ②, making it perfect for home gardens. Plant around March when there's no risk of frost, and harvest from mid-October onwards. I've selected seed tubers with sprouts, as seen in photo ⑤, so they should sprout reliably. The flesh is pure white with a good sticky texture, as shown in photo ③, and it's very delicious. This lot includes 10 larger seed tubers (photo ①) and 7 smaller ones (photo ④), for a total of 17 tubers. Despite the heat this year, I was able to harvest a large quantity of seed tubers. I'm offering them here in the hope that you'll enjoy them too.
