[Dried Oat Hay Young Leaves]
200g
This is equivalent to 1kg of fresh hay, so it's a generous amount.
Fresh oat hay, safe because it's grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Like the lettuce from Okunohara, it's cultivated in the same environment as vegetables.
*New Harvest - Fresh Oat Hay
*Spring sown, these are soft, fresh young leaves.
They grow relatively slowly in the cool mornings and evenings of the Aso region in Kumamoto, resulting in tender stems. The aroma is very rich and refreshing, like tea. The hay is very soothing.
We put a lot of effort into preparing it, so please give it a try. It's stored in airtight, light-blocking conditions.
We also have a trial size (25g) available!
