From the manufacturer's website:
------------
Our extra-large round oblate is a traditional, orthodox round-shaped oblate.
While round extra-large oblates are more cost-effective per sheet than bag-shaped ones, they were difficult to wrap medication in for those unfamiliar with them. Therefore, we have developed a medication aid tool.
This medication aid tool makes our round oblates more affordable and easier to use, making them more convenient. One medication aid tool is included with each pack of round oblates.
Furthermore, this is a patented product developed independently by us, so it is not available from other manufacturers.
