This brush was reborn for cosmetic use from the kebyo (hair brush) traditionally used in Japanese crafts for applying gold powder.
It can be used for the eye area and around the nose.
Made with firm goat hair, it provides excellent color payoff and a beautiful, sparkling finish with glitter.
The kebyo was historically used as a tool in crafts for precisely brushing away excess gold leaf with the tips of the hairs during delicate gold leaf application in Maki-e (Japanese lacquerware decoration), and also for fixing and enhancing the shine of the gold leaf.
The Kebyo Family Series, reborn for cosmetic use, features individual hair tips that spread out softly, creating a gentle poof sensation on the skin.
Each brush has been ingeniously designed to utilize its unique hair tips differently depending on the cosmetic product.
This is a new sensation in cosmetic brushes.
