New Miso Barrel (Fujii Barrel Maker, for 6kg miso production) Yoshino Cedar *3 barrels available!

??3 barrels in stock ※The price above is for one barrel.??

We are offering a miso barrel (for 6kg of miso) for sale. This is a new, unused wooden barrel made by Fujii Seiyojo. The set includes the barrel body, inner lid, and outer lid.

The inside is coated with persimmon tannin.
Furthermore, this is the only barrel that uses no harmful substances such as glue, and it is said to last for 100 years. It's a lifetime purchase.

※I purchased this for making miso but ended up buying too many, so I am selling it.
※Purchased in March 2026.
Opened for photography.

The cedar scent will be moderately infused into the miso, resulting in a very fragrant miso. The taste of miso made in a cedar barrel is exceptional. How about this for those who are about to start making miso?
