The vintage-like material and details make this a very cool item in my opinion, and it's quite a rare piece.
It has a design similar to a Euro work jacket, and the thin cotton fabric has a crisp feel, making it feel like a shirt jacket.
It shows signs of wear, but I think it can still be worn. There are some stains here and there, so please check the photos.
