〇 About our rice and my father who grows it 〇

My father, who has been growing rice for over 40 years in the central part of Hyogo Prefecture, grows rice with great care, using absolutely no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, with the belief that we should grow food that our family can eat with peace of mind.
I am truly impressed by my father's dedication and passion for growing rice with a focus on safety and security.

My children, aged 3 and 5, have also started to enjoy participating in rice planting in the spring and harvesting in the autumn with my father (^ ^)

The rice paddies are located in a very rural mountainous area.
Fireflies dance in the early summer, and for the past few years, storks have been flying to our rice paddies multiple times a year, much to the delight of the children ^^
We grow our rice using the clean water that flows from the mountain reservoirs.

● Some of you may feel that the price is incomparable to rice from supermarkets.
However, because we do not use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, my father does all the work by hand, making this rice a product of great effort and love.
We believe that once you taste it, you will be convinced of its flavor and safety, and that the price is justified.

● After harvest, the rice is stored in a dedicated rice cooler to maintain its freshness.

● It has been processed through a color sorter.
We sort out all rice affected by stink bugs, broken rice, and small grains, so we deliver only large, well-formed grains.
It is also perfect for making sprouted brown rice ?

※ For deliveries to Okinawa, Hokkaido, remote islands, and Tohoku, an additional charge of 100 yen for 2kg and 500 yen for 3kg or more will be added to the shipping cost, including the box weight. This also applies to those who wish for anonymous shipping.
Please comment before purchasing if you are in one of these areas.

※ Prices for other weights are listed in my profile.
