■DESIGN
This short coat is based on the US military M-65 mods coat, but with the hood removed and the hem cut straight across, creating a fresh, blouson-like length. It features a sleek finish with 60g of relatively thin recycled cashmere padding. The lining is made of densely woven nylon material, creating a three-dimensional silhouette.

■MATERIAL
This taffeta is woven by a textile mill in Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture, specifically for padded items. The warp is polyester and the weft is cotton, finished with a special process that gives it a lustrous sheen despite its rough appearance, and the gentle texture of cotton is a characteristic of ATON's original material. It also uses special padding made from recycled cashmere.
*Recycled Padding
This padding is made in the Italian Plato district by recycling wool and cashmere products. Used clothing is collected, shredded, and any foreign objects (zippers, buttons, etc.) other than wool and cashmere are manually removed. The raw materials and threads are then sorted by color. After being mixed with polyester, it becomes padding that combines strength with the excellent warmth and lightness unique to wool and cashmere.
