Handmade Tofu Kit: Pesticide-Free Green Soybeans, Homemade Nigari, and Organic Cotton Cloth Bag

This is a handmade tofu kit that includes pesticide-free, naturally grown green soybeans from our own farm, homemade nigari (bitterning agent), an organic cotton cloth bag, a muslin cloth, and instructions for making tofu.

We hold tofu-making workshops at our physical store, and we've prepared this set so you can easily make tofu at home.

In addition to this set, you will need to prepare the following ingredients:
A thermometer, colander, bowl, large pot,
Wooden spatula, ladle, blender or mixer,
A wooden mold or colander for shaping.

Set Contents:
Green soybeans: 280g (enough for 1 recipe, making 2 blocks of tofu)
Nigari: 50cc x 2 (we've included extra)
Cloth bag and muslin cloth made with organic cotton fabric and thread
Tofu making instructions

Although it takes time, making tofu is easier than you might think.
