After parboiling bamboo shoots, insert the tip while turning the roller, lightly press down to prevent the bamboo shoot from standing up, and turn the handle to peel it off smoothly.

Please use with sufficient caution and at your own risk regarding any injuries that may occur during use.

The handle will be shipped detached, so please attach it yourself. Simply align the included set screw with the hole in the shaft and tighten with the hex wrench. A wrench is not included. As the set screw can easily loosen, please assemble using screw lock adhesive. Continued use without tightening may cause the handle to wobble and lead to its breakage. *Screw lock adhesive has been used on all screws during assembly.

The 4th image shows an example of use. It is used by screwing it onto a box available at home centers. The box is not included.
