Description
This is a 6-inch, 3-go (approx. 540ml) Oitsu (rice container) from Shibata Yoshinobu Shoten.
Purchased in 2023 as a secondary Oitsu and used a few times. It is a used item, but it has been carefully maintained, so there is no blackening inside. The bottom surface is slightly darkened.
It has been well seasoned and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. It can also be used for mixed rice dishes.
I own several wooden Oitsu and used them occasionally in rotation.
Since I don't cook rice every day, my other Oitsu were sufficient, so I am selling this one to declutter my shelves.
Rice cooked in a wooden Oitsu is truly delicious.
