Made-to-order Fuji TV Official Aoshima Coat ver. OD3 M-51 Mods Coat

This is the Aoshima Coat ver.OD3, a limited edition, made-to-order item sold as merchandise during the release of Bayside Shakedown 3: Save the Terminal!.
A genuine Aoshima Coat was also sold during the second movie, Bayside Shakedown 2: The Rainbow Bridge is Closed!, but that one seemed to be made with the real M-51 parka in mind rather than the Aoshima Coat (personally, I think it was a wonderfully eccentric production team that did something so daring). There were many negative opinions that it wasn't the Aoshima Coat everyone wanted, but this one is made with such accuracy, it's like a revenge for that.

This is a one-size-fits-all item.

The blend fabric of 55% nylon and 45% cotton reproduces the peachy skin texture that normally develops with extensive wear, and I'm truly impressed with how well it's made.
Additionally, the inside of the pockets are made with a felt-like textured fabric, just like the real M-51, which I believe is a hidden detail.
Other features, such as the height of the collar, the color of the zipper tape, and the placement of the buttons to overlap the tape, are also reproduced with remarkable fidelity, making this a truly exceptional piece.

Regarding the condition of this item, please note that only the shell is included; there is no liner.
There is some fading on the right arm (see photo 9), but no tears in the fabric. Please consider any loose threads as normal wear and tear for a coat from approximately 16 years ago.
The elastic at the cuffs is not completely stretched out, but as you can see if you examine it, the original elastic seems to have been made with a weaker tension. You may want to consider having it tailored with stronger elastic to your preference.

This coat is very well-made, not only as an Aoshima Coat but also as an M-51 parka, so if you're interested, please consider it!
