This is a flare nut wrench made by TONE.

Purpose: Used for tightening and loosening hexagonal nuts on pipes such as brake pipes and fuel pipes.

Features: Unlike regular wrenches, it has a notch to allow the pipe to pass through. This design makes it difficult to strip the nut (i.e., damage the corners).
Specifications: This model supports 10mm and 12mm sizes.
