This is a double detection type alarm that sounds when the glass is broken or impacted, and also when the window is opened.
The impact detection system only detects glass breakage and impact, so there is no need to worry about false alarms due to vibrations from rain, wind, or passing large vehicles.
When an impact or breakage of the window glass is detected, a loud alarm (approx. 90dB/50cm) will sound continuously for about 25 seconds.
The main unit is only 8mm thick, so it will not interfere with the opening and closing of most windows.
A large, easy-to-operate slide switch clearly indicates whether the alarm is armed or disarmed.
Can also be installed on frosted glass (glass with a textured surface).
Note: May not be installable on some decorative glass with deep textures.
