Thank you for your consideration.

I first learned about this on YouTube and purchased it.
During the week I was trying to do the fast, I had guests over, and I also ended up eating out with friends while we were out, so I haven't been able to complete the full week properly. Then, my regular delivery arrived again.

I caught a cold after Golden Week, and during that time, I ate the ginger and chicken porridge.
My throat hurt and I couldn't eat much, so I drank this smoothie.

I realized there are ways to incorporate it other than just for fasting!

It's very delicious.
I'm happy that each item is low in calories.

It comes with a calendar so you can stick to the 1-week plan.

I'm sharing this with those who want to try it.

Please refrain from purchasing if you prefer silent transactions.
Recently, there have been more buyers who don't communicate at all from purchase to receipt confirmation.
I prefer to trade with people who can communicate if there are any issues.
