For your reference:
GERO is a Dutch cutlery brand/manufacturer (Gerofabriek). Established around 1912, they produced various silver-plated tableware. ?
Production was widespread until the mid-20th century, and they can still be found in antique and vintage markets today. ?
ZILVUM is a stamp indicating the metal material/alloy name.
In reality, it is not pure silver but a silver-like alloy (mainly nickel silver, etc.) used as a material name.
