This is a table knife from Thiers, France. I fell in love with the knife used at a Michelin-starred restaurant I visited while in France, and searched for and purchased the same model myself. I recall the grip material was carbon fiber. There are some minor scratches, but it is in relatively clean condition.
Please understand that this is a used item before considering your purchase. The box has some noticeable dirt due to age, but I will include it as a bonus.
