Description
This is a piece by Kikumi Shidori, a birdcage artisan from Kanuma City, Tochigi Prefecture, which I have cherished in my collection.
The artist has passed away, making this an extremely rare item that can no longer be obtained.
It is a sumi-kudari (a type of birdcage construction) and is made of ebony.
It has a hikkake-zoko (hooked bottom).
It is branded with Wako (倭作).
This is an unused item, but please understand that it is an antique product.
Everything shown in the images is included.
The approximate dimensions are: Width 185mm, Depth 370mm, Height 250mm. Please use these as a guide.
There are a total of 9 identical items. Discounts are available for bulk purchases.
I also have several other birdcages by Kikumi Shidori. If you wish to purchase multiple items, please inquire about discounts.
Please feel free to ask any questions in the comment section.
