[Shipping Method]
- Ships at room temperature (Please refrain from purchasing if you cannot receive the item immediately upon arrival, or if you are in Okinawa. This will be at your own risk.)
- Items shipped via Nekoposu will be delivered to your mailbox.

High temperature and humidity are the enemy! To store them in the best condition, freeze them. If you cannot finish them on the same day after opening, please be sure to freeze them.
* When frozen, they will last longer than the expiration date (approximately 4 months).

◎ These are sold as imperfect items because they include pieces that are discolored, have a white powdery appearance, are hard, or have fibrous textures.
Also, the blackish discoloration on the surface of the dried sweet potatoes is not mold or spoilage, but rather due to the pigment components (polyphenol components) found in abundance in the parts close to the skin of the sweet potato.
◎ [Yellow-green or green dried sweet potatoes]
Color variations may occur due to the amount of sunlight the sweet potatoes receive, but there is no problem with the quality.

Dried sweet potatoes become softer and easier to eat when heated.
When using an oven toaster, about 1-2 minutes is recommended, resulting in a crispy exterior and chewy interior. The taste is truly superb.
