High temperature and humidity are the enemies! To keep them delicious, freeze them. If you cannot finish them on the day of opening, please be sure to freeze them.
※ When frozen, they will last longer than the expiration date (approx. 4 months).

Also, any discoloration on the exterior of the dried sweet potato is not mold or spoilage, but rather due to the pigment components (polyphenol components) found in higher concentrations near the skin of the sweet potato.
