Single serving of 600g bamboo shoots (medium and small sizes). Please check the photos.

These are Nemagaritake bamboo shoots found near Sapporo city. They were harvested just now.

We are offering them at a low price again this year.
They will be packed simply, wrapped in paper. They will be placed in the package unwashed.
They are a bit small and not very thick, but they are tender and delicious when cooked in oden or boiled. They are also tasty grilled.

The size and thickness will vary.
As these are natural products, we check for insects, but please understand if any are found.

They will be shipped at room temperature. Bamboo shoots tend to lose moisture during transport, resulting in a decrease in weight.

Please purchase with the understanding that if temperatures are high, they may spoil easily in hotter regions far from Hokkaido. Please consume them promptly upon arrival at your own discretion. Store them in a cool place. We do not accept orders from those who are overly particular or prone to complaints. In the past two years, there were no transport issues even for customers in Honshu.

Please consume within 2-3 days of arrival. (Process them quickly and store in the refrigerator, etc.)
