Detachable Anklet for Birds of Prey (Kangaroo Leather) - For Small to Medium Birds

Thank you for viewing my listing among many others.
This is for small to medium-sized birds of prey.
The leather is made from tanned kangaroo hide, so it feels thin. For this reason, I have been using it for about four months on a thick-legged Verreaux's Eagle-Owl without any problems. However, I do not recommend using it for larger owls.
For reference:
My Barn Owl's leg circumference is 4 cm, inner diameter 9 mm.
My Verreaux's Eagle-Owl's leg circumference is 5.5 cm, inner diameter 14 mm.
Lard has been applied.
Kangaroo leather is twice as strong as cowhide, yet soft and durable. I bought a whole kangaroo hide and had plenty left over, so I made this anklet for my owl as well. Everything is handmade, so there may be slight differences in size and pattern between the left and right anklets. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
Also, this is a lifeline for birds of prey. We cannot be held responsible for any loss that occurs while wearing the anklet. Please check your bird regularly.
It is convenient because you don't have to go to a store to replace the anklet.

I still have some leather (gray and black) available, so if you contact me, I believe I can create one. However, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make it. If you are interested, please leave a comment and I will respond.
