Brand new and unused. Stored in plastic, but the plastic bag for the product has some dust-like dirt, and the adhesive strength of the red tape it was rolled with has weakened over time, causing it to come undone during storage. It will be secured with tape and packaged for shipping. Although unused, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these details.
