Description
This is a set of two KTC plate ratchets.
The sizes are 12x14 and 8x10.
These were purchased and stored while I was attending vocational school, and have been used very infrequently, almost not at all.
As they are used items, there are minor scratches and scuffs from storage and handling.
As shown in the third photo, there are small areas that appear to be rust.
Please check the photos for the condition.
