Mosser Glass Carnival Glass Pitcher & Tumbler Set of 2, Vintage

This is a rare set of a pitcher and two tumblers from the Dahlia series, made by Mosser Glass, a historic handmade glass manufacturer in Ohio, USA.

The bottom features the company's official brand stamp (gold stamp) with an M within the outline of Ohio, which remains in beautiful condition.

The beautiful Dahlia cutting design uses classical molds from the early 1900s. It is treated with the traditional iridescent (mother-of-pearl) finish technique, where metal salts are sprayed onto hot glass, creating a mystical aurora-like gradient when exposed to light.

[Design and Rarity]
This clear base aurora color is already out of production (discontinued) even in the United States, and it is an extremely rare item that is seldom seen in the Japanese vintage market. Its substantial and elegant presence will elevate any space with sophistication.

[Recommended Uses]
- As a water pitcher or for herbal tea on a dining table bathed in morning light.
- As a flower vase for large roses or greenery.
It will add a sophisticated and vibrant touch to your space.

[Set Contents]
- Pitcher x 1
- Tumbler x 2

[Condition]
While there are tiny bubbles and mold lines (mold marks) inherent to vintage handmade glass from the manufacturing process, there are no cracks, chips, or noticeable scratches. It is in extremely good condition, maintaining its beautiful luster as an antique/vintage item.

Recommended for those who like American vintage brands such as Fenton and Indiana Glass, or for antique glass collectors.
