50's Style Velour Souvenir Jacket ●Size XL● (Product Number 5726)

This is a souvenir jacket made of velvet, featuring an Alaska design. Commonly known as an Alaska-jan.
This jacket faithfully reproduces a model that actually existed in the late 1950s. The velvet fabric features a magnificent embroidery of a roaring polar bear against a lightning background, with the message AMERICA'S LAST FRONTIER symbolizing Alaska below.
The sleeves are also embroidered with a dog sled design.
It is a reversible, padded jacket.
The reverse side is made of quilted acetate fabric, adorned with motifs such as the Alaska state flag and Mount McKinley, featuring luxurious embroidery on both sides.
This piece is meticulously crafted, even reproducing the original striped ribbing.
