*Please remove the sheet from its packaging before use.
*This product is designed to maintain coolness on its own, but if you want it to be cooler,
please wrap this product in a clean plastic bag, cool it in the refrigerator or freezer, and then use it.
If condensation appears on the sheet, wipe it with a dry towel before use.
*This type becomes hard when placed in the freezer.
*When cooling, adjust the time to within 1 hour and be careful not to over-cool.
*Absolutely do not use after freezing in the freezer. It may cause your pet to become unwell.
*If your pet is reluctant to lie on the mat, try placing a towel with their scent on it.
This will make them feel more secure with their own scent, so please try this until your pet gets used to it.
(Please understand that some pets may not want to lie on it.)
