Description
These are frozen quails with internal organs removed.
After we humanely dispatch them, we immediately remove the head, crop, feathers, feet, and internal organs. They are then individually packaged, placed in a tray, and flash-frozen.
The manufacturing date is indicated on the outer box.
We process the quails on the day they arrive, so we cannot produce large quantities. These are not previously frozen and then thawed and refrozen products.
