*When cutting lumber, please cut it to a length of -65mm to -75mm from the desired final length.
(Example: If the distance from floor to ceiling is 2000mm, cut the lumber to a length between 1935mm and 1945mm. Aiming for 1940mm is generally safe.)

[How to Use]

Turn the upper M8 nut with a 14mm wrench or monkey wrench to adjust the tension against the ceiling.
