Purchased for 120,000 yen at a shop in Koenji specializing in American vintage clothing.
I typically wear a size 38S to 39R in vintage Brooks Brothers and similar brands, and this coat has a similar fit.
Judging by its construction, it appears to be a bespoke or custom-ordered coat.
After purchasing, I had it professionally cleaned at a suit-specialty cleaner and wore it a total of 3 times for formal occasions (weddings, funerals, etc.). After each use, I brushed it with a cashmere brush and stored it.
I am selling this coat because I have purchased a new formal coat.
