This is a torque wrench from TONE, a top Japanese brand.

Specifications: Preset Torque Wrench (Direct Set Type) T3MN25-QL, 9.5mm (3/8) drive, black, 25 N?m.

The item has never been used since purchase, and the original seals are still attached.
It comes with the instruction manual, calibration certificate, and a dedicated case, which also has no scratches.

I purchased it last year at Astro Products for around 19,000 yen. The torque values are easy to read, and it has a locking mechanism.

I bought it to disassemble and maintain my motorcycle's engine, but I ended up selling the motorcycle, so it's no longer needed. I'm offering it to someone who appreciates TONE.
