New Year's Decoration, Domestic Shimenawa, Handmade No. 7

This is a handmade item by an amateur.
This is the fourth time I've listed this item, and I'm happy to present it again this year.

I use straw from Hyogo Prefecture, harvested in 2025.
The base of the shimenawa (New Year's wreath) is decorated with ornaments, all of which are natural materials. I use pinecones, pine needles, nandina berries, and nandina leaves, all from Hyogo Prefecture. Only the mizuhiki (decorative cords) and hemp string are processed materials.

The ornaments are secured with hemp string, and the pinecones are attached with a glue gun.

*Please note that as all materials are real plants, they are fragile and may discolor.
There is also a possibility of insects being present, so please understand this before purchasing.
(This is the last shimenawa I will be listing this year.)

*We kindly ask that you remove the item from the box and shape it as soon as it arrives before use.
*If any decorations come loose, please reattach them using your own adhesive.

*Hemp string is included for hanging.

*Size: Approximately 30 cm in total length and 18 cm in width.
*Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Plus.
◎The shimenawa will be packed in an oval shape to fit in the box, with the tips rolled up. Please adjust the shape after arrival before use. Thank you! m(__)m
