This shimenawa (sacred rope) features a crane and a turtle, crafted from rice stalks grown at my family's home.
Each piece is a labor of love, meticulously handmade by my grandmother.
Made from natural rice straw (harvested October 2025), this product is environmentally friendly and boasts a warm, handcrafted finish.
Due to the handmade nature, there may be slight individual differences. The crane measures approximately 40cm and the turtle approximately 30cm in length, making them perfect as decorations for your entrance or interior. As auspicious items, they are suitable for both homes and businesses.
Please note that the color of the straw may change over time compared to the photos.
*Accessories are not included. This listing is for the crane and turtle shimenawa only.
- Type: Shimenawa
