[Product Description]
This is a solid Japanese cypress (hinoki) innocence stool assembled using the traditional hazo-gumi (mortise and tenon joinery) technique, without using any nails or screws.
Instead of the simple joinery using nails or dowels found in inexpensive furniture, we precisely process the wood and adopt the difficult shihō-korobi (splayed leg) design.
Each piece is hand-carved and joined with no play, achieving overwhelming rigidity that mass-produced items cannot replicate.

[Commitment to this product]
With a lifetime construction using hazo-gumi, there is no worry about screws loosening or rusting over time.
We use domestic cypress (hinoki) innocence wood, carefully assessing its properties to minimize warping and cracking during production. Please enjoy the unique aroma of cypress and its smooth, almost clinging texture.
All corners are carefully chamfered for a pleasant touch.

[Recommended Uses]
As an auxiliary chair for dining or desks, or as a seat in the entryway.
As a chair for working in the kitchen or bathroom.
As a side table, for placing drinks or books next to the sofa.
As a display stand for houseplants or interior decorations.
*This product is made to be extremely sturdy for use as a chair or interior item.
